Holiday Tea for Family Caregivers

Holiday preparations and holding on to traditions can be overwhelming for family caregivers. Connecting and sharing experiences with others may help. Join us for this special gathering in partnership with Health Team Advantage. We will enjoy delicious treats and discuss tips on staying connected with those you love while remaining connected to peace within yourself during the holiday season.
