Memory Fitness

Well∙Spring Solutions is offering Memory Fitness, a licensed program by the UCLA Longevity Center that focuses on the four Brain Healthy Lifestyle Strategies found to lower risk for dementia: Physical Conditioning; Stress Reduction; Healthy Diet and Mental exercise and Cognitive Training.
This a 12-session program, meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning January 23rd for six weeks from 10:45am-12:00pm. This program is for adults aging normally or with mild cognitive impairment.
