I believe in being part of something that is bigger than myself. I believe we are each called to support, love and care for our neighbors.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I enjoy focusing on the gifts, talents and uniqueness of each individual. Looking for the best ways to blend talents, chemistry and skills when building and work with a team.
Why is the type of work you do so important?
I find meaning by looking at the bigger picture of the world around us, and giving others a sense of comfort and stability in the face of uncertainty.
What difference do you feel our service – and your work – makes for those we serve and their loved ones?
No one should feel alone along life’s journey. We are there to support those living with dementia and those who love and care for them.
